Thanks for this informative post. I'll have to make a point of checking out Sokol Blosser now.

Of course it's going to take a few years for organic wines to come into their own... how could it not? When you're completely changing the way you grow grapes, there's an inevitable period of trail and error while you hone in on perfection.

But since organics are all about purity, craft, and attention to fine detail, I think that once we do get there, some of these wines will be outstanding.
